Julio's Italian Restaurant

Perth’s favourite Italian restaurant, located at the Holiday Inn West Perth, has its home at the former residence of one of Perth’s fashion moguls Walsh's Menswear. Built in 1902, the heritage-listed building was carefully restored on the exterior to accommodate the modern restaurant, whilst paying homage to the iconic history it holds.

General Manager

Shane brings a wealth of experience in hospitality and management to his role. Inspired by Australia’s multicultural influences and his travels to Italy, he has developed a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine. Shane believes cuisine tells the stories of our heritage and strives to create memorable dining experiences.
