Head Chef

Originally hailing from Peru, our Head Chef, Gonzalo Calderon studied at the Gastronomy and Culinary arts in the French school Le Cordon Bleu.   

Chef Gonzalo started his culinary career in Australia, 2016, cooking in popular restaurants in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide, before settling in Perth. 

Together with his team, an Italian inspired menu was brought to life bringing local ingredients and fresh flavours of Italy for you to experience at Julio’s.
