Originally hailing from Peru, Head Chef, Gonzalo Calderon studied at the Gastronomy and Culinary arts in the French school Le Cordon Bleu. Cooking in various cities around the world, Chef Gonzalo started his culinary career in Australia in 2016, cooking in popular restaurants in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide, before settling in Perth. Chef Gonzalo and his team have created an Italian inspired menu highlighting plentiful local ingredients and fresh flavours.
Venue Manager, Nancy Priolo, was born into the hospitality industry. With her family immigrating from the North and South of Italy, they put all their love and knowledge into owning restaurants all over Perth. Nancy has shared this passion for the past two decades by managing restaurants, weddings, events, and hotels, from Perth to Dubai.
With this extensive experience and knowledge of hotels and venues, Nancy brings her vast experience in hospitality to create a warm- hearted environment for her team and guests.
